Josh V is a women’s wear fashion and lifestyle label based in Amsterdam, selling its ready-to-wear collection online and in partner stores across Europe.
I started my journey at Josh V in 2020 as an intern in the Design team, and since then, I have grown to be an all-around Designer with a focus on fashion graphics and, more recently, accessories design.
Inspired by the macro trend “dopamine dressing” with an eclectic mix of the 70’s and 60’s, the FW23 collection focuses on layering pieces and contrasting materials to create playful outfits that blur the lines between a day or night look.
Despite helping with the main collection, I was in charge of designing and accompanying the development of the FW23 accessories collection at Josh V, from start to finish. This collection draws inspiration from catwalks and street style from around the world, offering a varying range of shoes, bags, and accessories that blend into - and completes - the apparel collection for a head-to-toe a coordinated look.
The Josh V SS23 collection is a fresh take on classic feminine shapes and an exciting selection of looks that go from business to leisure wear. I assisted in making this collection by designing the joyful all-over prints and graphics, as well as some of the woven styles.
Sharp tailoring, layering, and strong graphics are the keywords to use for the Josh V FW22 collection. I designed some of the heavy and light wovens in this collection, as well as the prints and artworks.
